Refund or Exchange 

Please choose carefully, as we are a small business and do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a mistake during the online checkout process.  

Please note all items are handmade, therefore no two pieces are the same; slight imperfections may be visible and colour may vary slightly from the images presented on our website. 

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we offer a direct exchange on items found to be faulty; have been wrongly described; are significantly different to the items purchased on the website; or do not appear as they should. An exchange can only be issued after the item has been returned to us and has been checked to be in the same condition as shipped by us including the original packaging. 

Any expense incurred for returning the original items to Studio Twocan will only be at our cost where it is deemed that the items have breached a consumer guarantee. Upon examination of the items returned, if they are not found to be in breach of the consumer guarantees, you may be charged a fee for the return cost, examination of the items, and any costs incurred in returning the items to you. 

Please note that items must be returned within 7 days. You may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the items was not due to misuse or poor handling. Consumer Guarantees do not apply where the items became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to take due and reasonable care. 

Studio Twocan under no circumstances takes any liability for items damaged once received and takes no responsibility for damages caused to persons or goods. 


Pricing & Payment 

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Prices are subject to change without notice at Studio Twocan discretion.  

Studio Twocan uses the PayPal secure payment services and can accept payment via PayPal using VISA, MasterCard or Debit Card. 

For Melbourne based customers wishing to collect their order from our Flemington Studio, direct deposit and cash sales are also accepted. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. Please contact us for details – enquiries@studio-twocan.com.au. 


Product Care 

All our items are hand made and should be treated with care. When cleaning your items please use a mild detergent and polish. 


Privacy 

Studio Twocan recognises that the privacy of all personal information is important to the individual. Any personal details you provide, including name, address and contact details will not be passed onto third parties and will only be collected for Studio Twocan use.
