Shipping


Shipping charges are dependent on the weight and size of the individual items.

Orders are dispatched Australia wide. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–10 business days after purchase. Customers will be notified of all postage details.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Standard Parcel Post. Please note shipping times are additional to the dispatch time stated. Australia Standard Parcel Post aims to deliver items within 3–10 business days. For information regarding delivery time refer to Aus Post.

All orders are pre-checked and leave our studio in perfect condition. If any items are lost or damaged during shipping, please note that Studio Twocan is not accountable. 


Delivery Address

Using a business address is ideal, if possible. Alternately, please advise us if there is a safe place to leave your parcel. If you are not home and there is nowhere to leave it, your order will be taken back to the depot and you will need to arrange an alternative time to collect or have your parcel re-delivered. 


Customer Pick-up

For Melbourne based customers wishing to collect their order from our Flemington Studio, please use the discount code PICKUP and contact us via email to arrange a collection date – enquiries@studio-twocan.com.au. 


Express Post

If your item is urgent and you require express postage, please contact us via email – enquiries@studio-twocan.com.au. Please note, there will be an additional fee for this service.


International Customers

We are very happy to ship to our international customers, but due to the various weights and sizes of our products, we cannot offer a flat fee for this service. Please contact us via email with a link to the product and we'll arrange the most economical postage – enquiries@studio-twocan.com.au.
